About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and client acquisition within the Life Sciences sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence within the Life Sciences sector.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering bespoke solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on trends and developments in the Life Sciences industry to identify new opportunities and provide informed consultation.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations effectively.
• Performance & Reporting: Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular business development reports to senior management.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in business development within the recruitment industry, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the needs of Life Sciences clients.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• A passion for the Life Sciences sector and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
