Key Responsibilities for Senior Recruitment Specialist 360
Business Development: Identify, explore, and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive growth and create sustainable partnerships.
Strategic Lead Generation: Conduct research and implement strategies, such as networking, cold calling, and digital outreach, to generate leads and convert them into long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to successful placement. This includes writing compelling job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting thorough interviews, and negotiating offers to ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and feedback sessions. Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ organisational goals and culture to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
Proactive Business Expansion: Actively identify potential clients and sectors for growth, driving business development initiatives to expand market presence.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with colleagues to craft innovative approaches for client acquisition and retention. Contribute to overall team performance and help achieve revenue targets through shared knowledge and effective collaboration.
