Key Responsibilities for Trainee Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):

• Achieve sales targets aligned with company expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
• Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence
• Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills that enable effective interactions and cultivate significant relationships with both candidates and clients, thereby establishing trust and engagement.
• Driven by a genuine passion for recruitment.
• While prior experience is valued, we particularly seek candidates who exhibit enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and the potential for growth.
• A valid UK driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for client and site visits are required.
