Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Specialist 360 (not limited to):

 

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to client management.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the technical sector.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.

- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

- Explore crossover opportunities within Gi Group and our other brands.

 

Skills

- A dynamic individual with previous recruitment experience, demonstrating a proven track record of target achievement

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

- Full UK Driver's Licence with access to a vehicle, ready to engage with clients and create meaningful connections.
