- Secure new vacancies by engaging in sales and business development activities.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff.
- Meet targets for acquiring new clients and organizing service meetings.
- Generate leads for sales activities from various channels.
- Meet daily and weekly goals for speculative calls and client meetings.
- Promote other divisions or brands within the organization whenever possible.
- Identify suitable candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods.
- Conduct thorough pre-interviews and interviews to ensure the best candidates are presented to clients.
