Warrington

Salary up to £31k + uncapped commission

 

GI Group in Warrington is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to enhance our fantastic team.

 

Currently, our team includes an Industrial Business Manager, a Driving Business Manager, and a Trainee Consultant. We're poised for growth and eager for you to join us! We need someone who can work with our seasoned Business Manager to propel our branch and elevate our industrial division.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
- Locate and engage premier talent using diverse recruitment avenues such as networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Execute comprehensive screenings, interviews, and evaluations of candidates to guarantee alignment with client needs.
- Formulate and execute dynamic recruitment strategies to surpass sales objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates during the recruitment cycle.
- Remain informed about current industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Proven recruitment experience, especially within the industrial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and establish successful client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Possession of a valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Capability to excel in a target-driven environment.
