Warrington

Salary up to £31k + uncapped commission

 

We are on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our awesome team at GI Group in Warrington.

 

Right now, we've got a tight-knit crew consisting of an Industrial Business Manager, a Driving Business Manager, and a Trainee Consultant. But we're ready to expand, and that's where you come in! We're seeking someone who's ready to hit the ground running alongside our experienced Business Manager, helping to drive the branch forward and take our industrial sector to new heights.

 

Ideally, you've got some recruitment sales experience under your belt, but, if you've got a knack for sales and want to dive headfirst into the world of recruitment, we want to hear from you too so if you are ready to be part of something awesome hit that apply button.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Skills

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
