Role - Recruitment Consultant - Driving

Location - Leicester

Salary up to £25k dependant on experience + uncapped commission

Must hold a full UK drivers licence

 

For this role we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and wants the opportunity to build a successful Driving desk with a leading recruitment company who are growing.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs.

- Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals to deliver top-notch recruitment solutions.

- Leverage your sales expertise to drive success and exceed targets.

- Celebrate victories big and small in an atmosphere that thrives on camaraderie.

- Achieve targets for daily & weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.
- Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.
- Achieve sales targets in line with company expectation for gross profit per week / month / per
annum, generated from individual sales efforts.
- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.
- Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity
whilst complying with GI Group and their legal requirements.

- Any other tasks as required by your manager / division.

Skills: 

- Evidence of at least 1 year’s occupational success in a sales / recruitment environment prefered.
