Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships to comprehend their hiring requirements.
- Actively seeking out and engaging potential candidates via multiple channels.
- Applying sales expertise to effectively present services and finalize agreements.
- Performing interviews, evaluating candidate fit, and overseeing the recruitment cycle.
- Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
- Meeting sales goals and aiding in the expansion of the Glasgow branch.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets and finalizing deals.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process and adept at managing intricate negotiations.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and fostering relationships.
- Capable of excelling in a dynamic, goal-oriented setting.
- Flexible and eager to advance and develop within the recruitment sector.
- Possesses a full UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
