Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and nurturing client relationships to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
  • Utilizing your sales acumen to pitch services and close deals effectively.
  • Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the recruitment process.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Glasgow office.

Skills

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Adaptability and a passion for learning and growing within the recruitment industry.

  • Full UK drivers licence
