Are you a motivated person with a zeal for recruitment and sales? GI Group is on the hunt for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to become part of our Glasgow team. Industrial recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential – we appreciate diverse viewpoints and invite applicants from a range of backgrounds, including outbound telesales, car sales, or any target-driven sales profession.
**Position Overview:**
As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will be tasked with generating new business and growing existing business within the industrial sector. This will involve cold calling, mapping, door knocking, canvassing, and other such activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships to comprehend their hiring requirements.
- Actively seeking out and engaging potential candidates via multiple channels.
- Performing interviews, evaluating candidate fit, and overseeing the recruitment cycle.
- Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
- Meeting sales goals and aiding in the expansion of the Glasgow branch.
