While industrial recruitment experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory – we value diverse perspectives and welcome candidates from various backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and nurturing client relationships to understand their recruitment needs.
• Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the recruitment process.
• Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Glasgow office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
