Up to £32k basic salary depending on experience + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced Industrial Recruitment Professional with a passion for sales? GI Group is looking for a driven individual to join our Glasgow team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

**Position Overview:**

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the industrial sector, you will lead our recruitment initiatives, matching skilled candidates with rewarding opportunities in the industry. Your established success in sales and recruitment, along with your expertise in the industrial sector, will be crucial in propelling our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
- Seek out and engage top-tier talent using diverse recruitment avenues such as networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Perform comprehensive screenings, interviews, and evaluations of candidates to guarantee alignment with client needs.
- Craft and execute strategic recruitment plans to surpass sales objectives.
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
- Remain informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven recruitment experience, especially within the industrial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and establish successful client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment procedures and best practices.
- Possession of a valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
