Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Skills

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
