Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand market presence in Hull and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Full UK drivers licence
