Salary up to £30k based on experience + Uncapped Commission

 

Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for sales? GI Group is on the lookout for a driven individual to enhance our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Hull.

 

**Position Overview:**

In the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant focusing on the driving sector, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment initiatives, matching skilled candidates with rewarding roles in the industry. Your established success in sales and recruitment, along with your expertise in the driving sector, will be key to propelling our business growth.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and candidates in the driving sector.
- Seek out and engage top-tier talent via diverse recruitment avenues such as networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Execute comprehensive screenings, interviews, and evaluations of candidates to guarantee alignment with client needs.
- Formulate and execute dynamic recruitment strategies to surpass sales objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates during the entire recruitment cycle.
- Remain informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the driving sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and fostering client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment procedures and industry standards.
- Possession of a valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
